A Specific Need
"Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ." (Galatians 6:2)
We are deeply saddened by the recent passing of Blake Long. On January 13, he stepped into eternity and met his Savior face-to-face. He leaves behind his beautiful wife, Kennedy Long, and their precious unborn baby. Blake was so full of joy, love, and humility. His presence brought light into every room that he entered. The life he leaves behind is one that is full of faithfulness, character, and honor. He adored Kennedy and their baby, and loved them with an unconditional and relentless love. Kennedy, a faithful missionary and leader within our organization, is a loyal, selfless, and kind woman of God that serves others in every opportunity that arises. She is clothed with strength and dignity, and she loved her husband well to the very end.
To bless Kennedy and their baby, we have created a page where you can donate to support them financially. The body of Christ is called to carry each other's burdens and love one another as Christ has loved us. This is one way to do so.
